Description
1. Bottom 15.4 cm
- Metal substructure (chassis) consists of I profile thickness of 200 mm and U profile of 100 mm and completely galvanized
- We put 24 mm thick waterproof plates on the chassis itself, with which we additionally protected the bottom and gained greater stability. Massive positions are placed transversely on the waterproof boards, between which 10 cm thick stone wool is placed, covered and protected with vapor-permeable and vapor-impermeable foil, after which a 3 cm thick final floor made of three-layer spruce wood is placed. Due to this composition and materials, we get 15.4 cm thick quality insulated floors.
2. Walls 18.2 cm thick
- the basic construction is made of width and length glued wood dimensions 100x60 mm which provides us with stability and durability of the structure and the wood itself
- The interior is covered with three-layer spruce boards, which are brushed and painted with environmentally friendly and people-friendly oils.
- 12 mm thick formwork clad and protected with parapermeable foil, 10 cm stone wool and 20 mm thick spruce planks again covered with parapermeable foil on which 25 mm thick air strips are mounted, and the final formwork from Siberian larch 22 mm thick. (Rombo profile)
3. Roof and ceiling 24.2 cm
- Like the walls, the ceiling is covered with brushed three-layer spruce formwork, attached to 160x60 mm ceilings, protected with parapermeable foil and 16 cm thick stone wool, followed by 20 mm thick spruce formwork with 25 mm air battens and parapermeable foil. In addition, we have an additional 25 mm thick spruce formwork, protective foil and final roofing, from the company "Prefa", which is known for the highest quality aluminum on the market, for which they have a 40-year guarantee on color and quality.
All the listed materials in the description above provide us with a beautiful and environmentally friendly and modern look, and a high quality of living. With built-in panoramic walls (balcony doors and windows), which are made of larch wood and triple thermopane, we achieve high insulation and an excellent sound barrier.
